Using the service
RentalHostHQ provides self-serve tools that turn information you enter into documents and estimates. You may use the output for your own hosting business, including commercially. You keep ownership of the content you enter and of the documents you generate.
Your responsibilities
- Review every generated document before sending or publishing it.
- Make sure your listing claims, house rules and guest communications comply with your booking platform's policies and with local short-term-rental law.
- Keep your account credentials secure and don't upload other people's private data.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the service or access other users' data.
No professional advice
Nothing on RentalHostHQ is legal, tax, insurance or financial advice. Pricing figures are estimates derived only from numbers you enter.
Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and is currently in early access. Features may change and availability is not guaranteed. We may introduce paid plans in future; tools that are free when you start a session will remain usable for that session.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentalHostHQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost bookings or revenue, arising from use of the service or its output.
No platform affiliation
RentalHostHQ is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or any other booking platform. Platform names are used only to describe compatibility.
