This policy explains what RentalHostHQ collects and why. It is written in plain language and is not a substitute for legal advice about your own obligations as a host.
What we collect
- Account data. If you create an account we store your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google returns.
- Property profiles and saved documents. Whatever you choose to save, including property details and generated text.
- Messages you send us. The name, email, topic and message submitted through the contact form.
- Basic usage events. Anonymous counts of which tools are used, so we know what to improve.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share your property profiles or saved documents with other users, advertisers or booking platforms.
Using the tools without an account
Every tool works signed out. In that mode your inputs stay in your browser and are only sent to us if you choose to save them to an account.
Storage and access
Data is stored in a managed database with row-level access rules, so your rows are only readable by your own authenticated account.
Deleting your data
You can delete any property profile or saved document from your account at any time. To delete your account entirely, contact us and we will remove it and its associated rows.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
